Leading with Compassion Workshop is a comprehensive training program for Muslim activists and leaders, organized by the Leadership Development Center of the Islamic Society of North America (ILDC). It consists of a multi-weekend workshop designed to build leadership capacity in the Muslim community.

ILDC has developed a number of resources to provide maximum benefits for participants, including a 240-page book, a work book, power point presentations, online courses, and more.
